Can I provide an alternative delivery address?

You have the option to provide a delivery address which differs from the billing address.  If you do not provide an alternative delivery address, goods will be shipped to the billing address.

How can I track my parcel?

We will send you tracking information in our shipping confirmation and in a separate email. If you have not received the goods within the specified time frame you may request information about the status of your order from our customer service team. We will be happy to check the status of the order and investigate this with the parcel delivery firm.

How do PayPal payments work?

PayPal is by far one of the easiest payment methods for making online purchases. If you are already a PayPal customer you can login with your user details and confirm the payment. Payments are transferred in real time, allowing your order to be processed and dispatched quickly. If you need to return goods to us and paid for them via PayPal, please note that the amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account. It is up to you whether you keep the money in your PayPal account or transfer it to your current or credit card account.

How do advance payments work?

If you have chosen to make an advance payment please transfer the complete invoice amount to our bank account stating the reason for payment. The reason for payment and our bank details can be found in the email order confirmation. If we do not receive payment from you within 12 days then we will unfortunately be forced to cancel your order. Please note that it can take up to three working days for us to receive payment from credit institutions. The delivery period specified when placing the order only comes into effect once payment has been received to our account.

How are orders placed?

Planters-online.co.uk is primarily an online shop; therefore, we kindly request that you place your order via our shop. Alternatively, you can also send us a fax or call us. Our customer service team will be happy to help.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time provided your goods have not already been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team to avoid any delays. You can also send us an email outside of our business hours.
