Why does delivery take 7 - 10 working days?

We ship the goods from our location in Germany.
After receipt of payment, the goods are dispatched on the next working day (Mon.-Fri.) at the latest.
The additional delivery time is required due to customs clearance for the export of goods to non-EU countries.
