Terms And Conditions
1. Scope of application
The following T&Cs apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
2. Contract partner, conclusion of contract
This purchase agreement is concluded with ambico GmbH.
By placing products in our online shop we submit a binding offer upon the conclusion of an agreement on these articles. The agreement is entered into after accepting the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. After submitting your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
A binding agreement may also enter into effect under the following circumstances:
- If you have chosen to make payment by credit card, the agreement shall enter into force from the time payment was received.
- If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the agreement shall enter into force upon confirmation of payment transfer to PayPal.
3. Delivery costs
We deliver to England for GBP 9.90, each additional GBP 3.00.
The following payment methods are available to you in our shop:
Upon selecting the advance payment option, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and delivery the goods after receipt of payment.
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
You pay the invoice amount through the online provider, PayPal. You will need to be registered or register with PayPal, authorise payment using your access details and confirm payment transfer with us (except for guest access). More information is available during the ordering process.
5. Collection in person
We only deliver using the despatch method. Collection of goods in person is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to Packstations.
7. Retention of title
The goods shall remain our property until payment has been received in full.
8. Transport damages
If goods are delivered showing obvious transport damage, please report this as soon as possible to the deliverer and get in contact with us. Failure to file a complaint or to contact us shall not have any consequence on your statutory claims, particularly your statutory warranty claims. However, you will help us to validate our own claims towards the carrier or transport insurance.
9. Contract text storage
We save the contract text and email you with the order information and our T&Cs. You may view and download our T&Cs at any time from our website. You can view your previous orders by logging in as a customer.
10. Contract language
The language available for concluding the contract is English.
Notice of cancellation
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days and without providing a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the last goods in your possession.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us at (ambico GmbH, Deutschordenstrasse 38, 73463 Westhausen, Germany firstname.lastname@example.org, Telephone: +49 (0)7363 / 40 990 0, Fax: +49 (0)7363 / 40 990 99) by clearing informing us of your decision to cancel this contract (e.g. in a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the sample withdrawal form attached which has not been signed.
In order for the cancellation period to have been deemed met, you must have informed us of your decision to cancel before expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this agreement we shall be obliged to refund all payments received from you including delivery charges (excluding fees for any delivery method chosen which differs from the standard delivery service we offer) at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your wish to withdraw from this agreement. We shall refund payment using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged as a result of this refund. We reserve the right to delay payment of a refund until the goods have been returned to our property or evidence has been provided showing that the goods have been despatched to us, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return or despatch the goods to us at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This period shall be deemed met if you have sent the goods before expiry of this deadline. You shall bear the costs of returning any goods. Goods, which cannot be returned via standard post due to their nature, will be subject to a delivery charge of EUR 100. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is proven to have been caused by you directly upon inspection of the condition, features and functionality of the goods.
